1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, purchasing any plan, or using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who We Are

"IULLead Pro" is a brand marketed by Agency Builder Pro ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We provide a done-for-you LinkedIn growth and outreach system for licensed insurance agents (including IUL and annuity sales or agent recruiting).

3) Not Affiliated with LinkedIn or Any Carrier

LinkedIn® is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, any insurance carrier, or any social platform. You are responsible for following all third-party terms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Stripe, TidyCal).

4) Services & No Guarantees

We help optimize your LinkedIn profile, build niche contact lists (Sales Navigator recommended), and perform safe daily actions to start conversations. We do not guarantee specific results, leads, appointments, revenue, or outcomes. Performance varies by niche, offer, activity, and market conditions.

5) Plans, Billing, & No Refunds

Setup Fee: $1,997 one-time (covers onboarding and first month when stated).

Monthly Plans: Starter, Growth, Scale (see pricing page).

No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, including the setup fee and any monthly fees already paid—no exceptions.

Cancellation: Month-to-month. You may cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past charges.

Payment Processor: We use Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms. Billing issues or chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

6) Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and lawful offers.
• Comply with all laws and rules (e.g., state insurance rules, Do-Not-Call/TCPA, CAN-SPAM, LinkedIn policies).
• Avoid spam, harassment, misleading claims, unlawful targeting, or misuse of data.

We may pause or terminate Services if your use violates laws or platform policies.

7) Your Responsibilities

• Maintain your own platform accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator).
• Review and approve content/messages when requested.
• Respond to conversations and prospects in a timely manner.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Do not send passwords by email or chat.

8) Intellectual Property

All website content, systems, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless expressly assigned in writing. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business during an active subscription.

9) "AS IS" Warranty Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your ads/messages, or your breach of these Terms or laws.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services for any violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or platform abuse. You may cancel via the billing portal; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

13) Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms at any time. Posted changes are effective upon publication unless a later date is stated.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts located in Miami County, Ohio. You waive any objection to inconvenient forum.
